It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase!

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy below if you wish to cancel or return an order.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you feel you have received an incorrect order, or if your order was damaged during transit, please file a claim form with within 7 days of receipt of your order.

We are out of the office on Saturday and Sunday. Emails may not be answered on these days. Emails are answered Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for your email to be responded to. Response time varies. If you have not received a response within 72 hours, please resend a claim form or an email, as this could be due to your email going into our spam folder. Emails are answered in date/time order. No email is ignored!

Once your return has been approved, please make sure to include the following information with your return package:

  • Your name, address, email and order number.
  • Whether you are requesting a Refund or an Exchange.
  • If you are requesting an Exchange, please include which item you would like to exchange for. Note that we currently only allow exchanges for orders of equal or lesser value.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. As such, we highly recommend you ship your return order with tracking and/or insurance.

All returns will be processed promptly. We will refund your return to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 days of receiving your return order. Note that shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the tracking for your order shows that your package was delivered, but you have not yet received it, please contact our customer service team at cs@bpgroupusa.comNote that we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages that show successful delivery to the correct delivery address.


It may be possible for you to cancel an order (or pre-order) within 5 hours of placing that order. Note that there is NO guarantee we will be able to cancel your order.
